Can OTGB cancel my order?
While we make every effort to honor every order we get, sometimes due to inventory or timing orders may be canceled by us.  In this event we will refund the full amount of your order. Sometimes things are out of our control or errors occur, while we hope this doesn't happen, it may.
What happens in bad weather?


On The Go Baby LLC will make every effort to make all deliveries and pick ups on time.  We watch forecasts and try to plan ahead. In the event of a large storm we will try to make deliveries early if we can. If road conditions are dangerous we may need to reschedule. With 2 small children of our own, we put safety first.


Do I need to call you to place an order?


Nope! The website is geared towards busy parents who don't want or need to be tied up on the phone. You can add your items to the cart, check inventory, select your days and times and pay for the rental all on this webiste. No calls needed!


What forms of payment do you accept?

All orders must be secured by a credit card, We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Other forms of payment may be accepted if arrangements are made prior to orders.

Do you have a minimum number of days for a rental?


Yes, there is a 3 day minimum charge.


How can we be sure of the quality of equipment?

We don't rent anything that we wouldn't use with our children. All equipment is purchased new and replaced on a regular basis. Our goal is to keep babies safe and comfortable.

Do we need to wash the linens?


No. We wash the linens after each rental whether they are used or not. We wash all linens in Dreft and Downey. If you have special requests please let us know. We do are very best to accomodate requests.


Are there multi children discounts?


Although, we don't offer a multi child discount we do offer tiered discounts depending on the days needed.


Can you deliver to an airport?


With the airport regulations so strict we are prohibited from conducting business on airport property. We will be happy to discuss other arrangements to accommodate your needs.


Can you deliver to a hotel?


Beginning 2009, we will no longer deliver to hotels.  


What if I need to cancel my order?


You may cancel your order with no fee up to 2 weeks prior to your delivery date. Cancelling within 2 weeks of the delivery date will result in a refund minus a 25% fee for rental items; delivery fee is not included and will be refunded. There are No refunds for cancelations within 72 hours of delivery.
